Cosmic Walk
We will be walking through the "birth of the universe" as a method of engaging in reflections on Earth as a source of our body, mind, and spiritual life. Participation in a cosmic walk is a way to learn about and honor the development of all life and our Be-ing in The Universe Story. As we mindfully walk the Cosmic Spiral we recognize our participation and existence within the Universe beyond us and the Universe within us. It is a way of joining with all creation aligning our intention with the evolving Cosmos and accepting our kinship with all life.
Katherine Hill is a Sister of Mercy involved in the ministry of Spiritual Direction and offering Educational Workshops since 2003. She earned a Master of Arts in Theology from University of Saint Michael’s College in Toronto, Canada and Doctor in Ministry from The Chicago Theological Seminary in Chicago, IL in 2006.
Emotional Freedom Techniques
Rosalyn Goldberg is a limited licensed psychologist /psychotherapist in private practice in the Troy/Rochester area. Additionally she has a second vocation as a licensed massage therapist.

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) combine the body’s physiological energy fields with cognitive principles to unlock an individual’s potential for emotional/psychological/behavioral change. In other words, if you are ‘stuck’ in a conflict, having difficulty with motivation, or feeling overwhelmed by life events, EFT is a tool to rebalance yourself.
This workshop will teach you basic EFT you will be able to use immediately!
