Join us for a time that will restore body and soul, bring peace, and connect you with the Divine.  Invited guest Janene Ternes, will share the inspirational story of her journey from emptiness to joy.  Then gain clarity and feel refreshed and energized with holistic prayer that uses simple body movement in conjunction with music, guided meditation, and journaling.  Basic everyday movements will be taught which can be done by anyone, regardless of age, experience, or physical limitation.  All are invited to relax, reflect, and be renewed!
